Status of compliance with requirements

The accessibility requirements are derived in particular from Sections 3 (1) to (4) and 4 of BITV 2.0, which was enacted on the basis of Section 12d BGG.

ARG mbH & Co. KG has used the WAVE Evaluation Tool to conduct a self-assessment of the website www.argkg.de in accordance with BITV 2.0, using the applicable standard EN 301 549/WCAG 2.2. According to this assessment, the website is largely compliant with the aforementioned requirements.

ARG mbH & Co. KG is committed to improving the accessibility of its website as quickly as possible.

Non-accessible content

The following content examples are not yet accessible:

• The search field (form control) in the page header is linked to more than one label.
  Action: A technical solution is being sought to avoid duplicate labels, which are caused by the search widget used.

• Some of the PDF documents linked on the website are not accessible.
  Action: When creating new documents in PDF format, attention will be paid to accessible design. This does not apply to files that are provided to us by third parties and represent an additional service or whose content is also available as an HTML alternative.
• The page content is not currently available in simplified language.
