General Carrying Conditions

The General Carrying Conditions (GCC) govern the fundamental legal relationships between customers (ethylene feeders and consumers) and ARG mbH & Co. KG. The GCC contain, among other things, the key points of the transport contract in their “General Section”: feed quality, pressure and temperature control, transport handling and billing, as well as liability issues. The transmission tariff system, which has been in place for many years, promotes long-term partnerships and provides a high degree of supply security for companies connected to the pipeline.

– “Guidelines for ethylene quality compliance”
– “Guidelines for ethylene quantity determination”
– “Guidelines for transport and billing”
– “Quality liability provisions”
– “Technical requirements for a connection/measuring station”

The current version is available to those who are connected; new potential feeders and consumers will be provided with the contract after contacting ARG personally.

The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (AEB) govern the fundamental legal relationship between the supplier and ARG mbH & Co. KG for all deliveries and services ordered. Furthermore, the AEB determine the rights and obligations of the parties, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Schedule of Charges

The ARG’s transport fee consists of a fixed element (base fee) and a variable distance-dependent element (distance fee), as well as a relaxation fee for deliveries to Rheinberg. Tiered discounts are granted depending on the agreed transmission volume and term.  New potential feeders or consumers will be provided with the remuneration regulation after contacting the ARG management personally  .
