This year, ARG has chosen to donate to Caritasverband Mannheim e. V., sending a strong signal of social responsibility and regional solidarity.
Why Caritas Mannheim?
For years, the association has been doing invaluable work for people facing difficult life circumstances. ARG’s donation will specifically fund projects that enable rapid and effective assistance.
- Homeless assistance and emergency shelters: This includes financing emergency overnight accommodation and providing accompanying social work to offer people without a permanent residence protection and prospects.
- Family and child support: Providing emergency aid and counselling services for families in acute crisis situations, including financial support and psychosocial counselling.
- Integration and social participation: Programmes to promote education and work integration for people from migrant backgrounds and those who are socially disadvantaged.
- Low-threshold counselling services: Open consultation hours and mobile assistance to reach those affected directly and easily.
“With our donation, we want to provide support where it is needed urgently. Caritas Mannheim impresses with its transparency and the immediate impact it has on the ground,’ explains Harald Vogel, ARG’s Managing Director.
